Back safely in grey damp Bristol! We were all a bit nervous about this holiday Rachel but you were so reassuring and so helpful. We all said it was one of our best holidays ever! It was also so lovely to see you in person and connect with the person who gave us a wonderful holiday! Also a thanks to Brian as well for his work behind the scenes and for sorting out our Covid tests. The whole experience was wonderful and it really did go without a hitch! We had a wonderful family holiday. I really appreciated the bespoke approach Rachel took in terms of creating the right holiday for our family. She listened to my preferences and her attention to detail was spot on. She had thought of things I hadn’t considered and her local expertise was very apparent. Rachel also understood that the reason I was using a travel agent was because I was too busy to do all the work myself and so she very considerate of my time. I completely trust this travel company and would highly recommend them.
