I would highly recommend Astraeus Holidays (in fact I already have done) and from an organisation point of view I think it was easiest the best we have ever been on in Greece or anywhere in the world for that matter (and we have been a few places!)
As I said in my review the customer service and personal touch is second to none. It is always good to know when you are in safe hands. It meant we could relax and enjoy the holiday without having to worry about anything.
