In the planning stage, our outline requests and preferences were positively taken into account and then we were given several choices of islands and hotels (all of which Rachel and Brian had personally experienced, so we were confident that they would be good). The information provided was full of detail, which helped us with our choices.
Once on the holiday, Rachel kept in touch via WhatsApp to ensure we had no issues - very reassuring, They even briefly met up with us on our arrival at Syros!
