Rachel also understood that the reason I was using a travel agent was because I was too busy to do all the work myself and so she very considerate of my time. Rachel and Brian were really very helpful and always checking that we got to our next destination. It’s very comforting to know they’re there if we need any help. My instincts have always been to “DIY” stuff but I’m glad I didn’t this time.
