From our initial contact, you have been brilliant at communicating, and very responsive. This was a new adventure for us and a special occasion (anniversary), and the way you tailored the experience, recognised and met our needs, and managed all the logistics were exemplary.
Even two ferry strikes during our holiday couldn't put you off your stride; you managed the changes necessary seamlessly and kept us informed all the way.

This is the second holiday I’ve booked through Astraeus Holidays and it won’t be the last. Rachel & Brian are very helpful & listened to my (at times complicated !) requests before finding exactly what was suitable.
I really like the fact that I was able to contact them through WhatsApp whilst on my holiday if needed and Rachel checked on me a few times which was particularly nice as I was travelling solo this time.
